Jennah Partington is the Supervisor of Strategic Planning & Client Services for Alera Group. She leads client service and operational initiatives that support employers in delivering effective and efficient employee benefits programs. Jennah works closely with HR and leadership teams to improve service delivery, streamline benefits administration, and enhance employee engagement through technology and strategic planning. Her expertise includes benefits operations, client experience, process improvement, and employee benefits technology solutions.
