Welcoming attendees in-person in May!

Join us this month as Martha Mott leads members through an interactive workshop on

Self-Care & Stress Management: Recognize It. Do Something About It.

“The 6 best doctors anywhere… are sunshine, water, rest, air, exercise and diet.”

– Wayne Fields

This interactive workshop helps you recognize how stress shows up in your body, mind, and daily life—and gives you simple, powerful ways to do something about it. Through a mix of practical tools, reflection, and a little fun, you’ll learn how to slow down your breathing, calm your “monkey mind,” and take charge of your emotions instead of letting them take charge of you.

You’ll explore easy, real-life strategies like grounding your energy, shifting negative thinking, and building habits that support your well-being. Along the way, you’ll reconnect with your inner wisdom, practice gratitude, and even learn how to “flush the stinkin’ thinkin’.”

This workshop is about more than stress relief—it’s about creating a life that feels balanced, meaningful, and truly yours. Come ready to breathe, move, reflect, and leave with tools you can use right away.
