HR professionals have been stretched to their limits and beyond over the last two years, leading to overwhelming stress, burnout, turnover, and retirements. While our companies and organizations often turn to us for leadership, guidance, and support, how do we develop the tools necessary to get through these very difficult times?

Tammy Jordan will provide us with an overview of the HR journey over the last two years and present some tips and tools to help us build our resilience to survive and thrive in unpredictable times. We will also have an opportunity to share our own stories with other attendees in small group formats.

Tammy Jordan is the founder of The Leader Consultants; she is known for her ability to assist in team transformation.  Her strong facilitation skills, ability to listen to instinctual nudges, and careful selection of the best organization development tools and applications, guide teams to higher levels of performance and effectiveness. Tammy’s professional career has included positions in health care, legal, education, hospitality, not-for-profit and business consulting. The majority of her clients represent the property management, hospitality and the A/E/C (architecture, engineering and construction) industries.

Tammy holds a Bachelors Degree in Sociology with a concentration in Human Relations and Work from Saint Anselm College in Manchester, NH and a Masters Degree in Organizational Development and Leadership from Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
