HR professionals have been stretched to their limits and beyond over the last two years, leading to overwhelming stress, burnout, turnover, and retirements. While our companies and organizations often turn to us for leadership, guidance, and support, how do we develop the tools necessary to get through these very difficult times?
Tammy Jordan will provide us with an overview of the HR journey over the last two years and present some tips and tools to help us build our resilience to survive and thrive in unpredictable times.
